I am located in Brantford Ontario (Canada)
I operate as a closed rattery. Meaning: I do not permit any visits to my rattery and no animals will be handled and then returned to the rattery without going through quarantine. I do this for the safety of myself and my animals against physical and biological threats. I take health and safety very seriously. My animals have been tested through IDEXX Labs.

RESERVATIONS
My babies can be reserved for future pick-up or delivery (See transport page for details). I require a 50% non-refundable deposit on a baby to reserve it. This can be paid by Cash or Interac E-Transfer (Canada only & preferred), Almost every financial institution participates, click here for a list. I will accept Western Union for non-local persons.
I encourage reservations for babies to ensure the one you want will be available once it's old enough to leave. Reserved babies must be picked up within 1 week from the time they are allowed to leave. A reservation hold on an older rat is good for one week. Failure to pick up your animal will result in it being homed with someone else & deposit forfeited.

Please Read: Regarding the rumors on male rats!
I understand a lot of websites are saying that males smell more. They do give off a slight more of a scent on their skin/fur. It is a grain/wheat type smell from the foods they eat. It is not a smell like cat spray. Also their "junk" is not like that on a hamster, An adult male rat is completely fur covered and not as noticeable as other rodents. (don't get me wrong, you can still tell it's a boy though)
Note:
Babies must be purchased in same sex pairs, unless this is not your first time adopting from us. Rats should never be housed alone, and they should always be quarantined when bringing new animals into your home. For these reasons, same sex pairs is a must.
